San Luis Obispo, for instance, is currently $15). You can also learn about

LiveNeutral
LiveNeutral is a
grassroots, nonprofit organization that enables people like you to act
today to stop global warming. Founded in the summer of 2005
at the San Francisco-based Presidio School of
Management, LiveNeutral is now an independent 501 (c)(3) non-profit
organization.
